If one can sense a time (beyond)
one soon will move toward
if one can silence thoughts (held strong)
one soon will journey forward
If one can know when others fall
and suppress intent to think
and yet (in time) be clearer still
and pen the page with ink
The ink will tell how others fell
and how (again) they stood
taller – with the means to cry –
(to flout) – although they could
If one can sense their battles (won)
are chosen from the field
free will will build ethics around
the need (at times) to yield
sensualism
